I've been eating cereal with bran buds and pomegranate seeds, plus fruit, for breakfast almost every day for over a year, and I'm not sick of it yet. My patience for tuna-and-mayonnaise sandwiches lasted maybe a week.
Seeing flavoured cans of tuna at the grocery store inspired me. I hate that you're charged a premium for the flavoured versions over plain tuna, but it's easy enough to copy the idea at home.

Wow such a simple but awesome sounding recipe. And I can't believe you're not tired of that breakfast yet! I get bored with food so quickly
ReplyDeleteI got briefly sucked in by those cans of flavoured tuna, too - I don't know why it took me so long to clue in that I could just add the flavours myself. Seems silly now. I'm a big fan of the peanut one but I've never tried to recreate a mediterraean one. I think I just may be taking some lunch inspiration from this :)

That looks so delicious. This is perfect for low carb eating. Lately I have been failing miserably at eating healthy, but this looks very flavorful. Can't wait to try this.
