Teriyaki beef and vegetable skewers with basmati and wild rice

I marinated the beef overnight in soy sauce, honey, garlic and sherry, then cubed and threaded it onto skewers with onions, zucchini and peppers. Since the condo BBQ isn't out yet, I broiled the skewers in the oven.

    how long did you broil for?

  2. If the skewers are 4-5 inches from the top of the oven, about 8-10 minutes.
