Sundress remix and a faux California tan

Some of you will look at these photos and say, 'Kat, you're not that dark! Some serious re-touching went on here'. For the record, I didn't touch them up (through I did crop them a bit). However, I did put some self-tanner on the night before and we took these pictures in the shadows of a building. Hence what looks like a California tan - and what I'd love to look like year-round if tanning wasn't so awful for your skin.

This is another personal favourite, also put together with thrifted pieces. I took this seafoam-green sundress in organic silk and added a beige knit shirt with a hint of sparkle from the gold thread running through it. (I tried to take a picture to show you but I wasn't very successful). As for my 'belt', I'm not sure it started life as such. It looks like a curtain holdback from Barbie's dream home, but it was girlie and I could see the possibilities.
